Below is an latest report from one of the Eastern Province locations in Zambia where we earlier reported that the Chief had kicked out the witch doctor as a result of the transformation of the people attending the FC Grace Conference and coming to Christ. Frank Chewe, our FC Grace Instructor in Zambia, returned to the village this week and met with the Chief at his palace. Here are the key takeaways and quotes from that meeting.
The Chief has invited FC Grace into the "center of his kingdom" including over 50 -Chiefs under his leadership. This is an open invitation to come and conduct conferences and to meet with the chief and his staff anytime and everytime we come.
He is asking that we return and hold a conference for him, his staff and all of his kingdom chiefs so that they may learn and benefit from the Core Message
Many of his security staff attended the FC Grace conference and shared the diagrams with him. He was particularly interested in the ball diagram and was fascinated that the ball could explain our lives in such a manner.
The Chief has seen amazing transformation in the conduct of his people. He especially noticed the influence of the message with the coaches and players. He told Frank that we have made his job of governing his people much easier.
He confirmed that he removed the wizard from the community because of the transformation of the people towards the loving God.
The Chief was concerned that FC Grace may not return so he encouraged Frank that we come back and come back soon. "Don't let this seed you have planted die".
He said to Frank:
"This FC Grace message contains the heart of love. Many other people come to us with promises but always depart without fulfillment, FC Grace came and they gave just as they promised. My people are now following the true God of love and not from the wizard (witch doctor) - who was condemning our people. FC Grace has made my job so much easier because my people are happy and walking right. You have revived our community; we see it in everyone, especially on the soccer pitch with coaches and players. Please do not be afraid to return to us; don't allow this seed to die. Please continue to feed us."
