Football Club of Grace (FC Grace) is an evangelical ministry dedicated to reaching, training, and discipling sports coaches in developing nations. We believe coaches are among the most influential leaders in any community. When a coach encounters the grace of Jesus Christ, the impact extends far beyond the field — shaping players, families, and entire regions.
Our Mission
Our mission is to equip coaches with the Gospel and with practical, grace‑centered tools for leadership. Through three‑day conferences and ongoing relational support, FC Grace helps coaches:

The Founders
FC Grace was founded by Bob and Jeanne Allen who recognized the strategic influence of coaches and the need for Gospel‑centered training to this audience.. Their vision continues to guide the ministry’s growth, curriculum, and partnerships.

What We Believe

We believe the Bible to be the inerrant, inspired, infallible, authoritative Word of God.

We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three Persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

We believe that our Lord Jesus Christ is the son of God. We believe in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father and in His personal return in power and glory.
